Independent third-party testing confirms that the gelato retains its IDDSI 4 consistency up to temperatures of 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring its safety for patients with dysphagia. Additionally, in-house testing has demonstrated that it takes well over two hours for Thrive Gelato to reach that temperature, offering greater peace of mind when serving.
